studio lighting
Corner composition captured in studio light. Using strategies of embedding pieces of glass within a foam core corner, while also using balance and layering.
I can easily move around this piece with the embedded pieces of glass staying in place.
Focus stacked.
This piece has an even tighter composition. And I switched angles so that the layering is more pronounced. You can actually peer through the green and yellow layered glass adding depth to the image.
Again, bisecting lighting strategies that would bounce the latent image from the glass in the corner. Used pieces of tinted glass in front of the lights to add more colour dimension in the white areas of the foamcore corner universe.
Halogen light bulbs seem to work more effectively than my LED studio lights (which flatten everything in even lighting). One very old Manfrotto lamp that I have mimics sunlight better than my newer LED studio lights. But again, UV sunlight seems the best so far.
