"Breathing Space 2 (2019) is a multilayered transparent film installation that can be experienced in the round. As you walk in front and around the piece, new spaces are formed as the images slide in and out of view. Multiple moments and viewpoints of an interior space converge and layer in space. Each layer swings and sways with atmospheric changes and casts latent imagery on the walls and floor. They are large enough that you can pass through and walk between the layers. I love how they float in suspension on a hand built maple and aluminum armature. Which casts shadows on the floor. Speaking to how we relate to the delicate architectures of the spaces we create for ourselves. And how light activates these everyday spaces we inhabit." - Natalie Hunter
